Xiao Yi was a 2 years and 8 months old male who was born by cesarean after the normal period of gestation. He cried after birth and had no history of asphyxia. At the age of five months, it is found that his right side of limbs was not so flexible with high muscle tone. He was hospitalized for "speech dysfunction and  motor retardation of right-side limbs for over 2 years", diagnosed as cerebral palsy (Hemiplegia type).
